Conclusion of the contract in the online shop
The presentation of the products in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button „Send order“ you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending / an order confirmation by e‑mail / or by delivery of the goods within five working days.

Prices, shipping costs, delivery
All prices are plus the statutory value added tax or the applicable tax agreements of the countries between which the cost transfer takes place. Plus postage, packing and insurance costs. An overview of shipping costs can be found here. Special services Jewelry customization will be charged according to the effort and are excluded from exchange. The prices in the webshop are the current binding for you as a customer. Catalog prices may vary due to a longer production lead time. Printing and writing errors in catalogs reserved.
The minimum order value for shipping within Germany is 50 Euro net, for delivery to other countries within the EU a minimum order value of 150 Euro net applies.
As a rule, the goods will reach you in 2–5 working days.
For postage, packaging and insurance for a standard shipment to Germany we charge you a flat rate of 6.00 € (the goods are thus insured up to 5,000 euros), for postage, packaging and insurance for a standard shipment to EU countries we charge you a flat rate of 16.00 €.
Delivery time
We deliver items without advertising as soon as possible, goods in stock will reach you within 3–5 working days from receipt of order at the latest. Unless a different delivery time has been specified by the customer. Partial deliveries are avoided if possible, but are necessary in individual cases. In the case of partial deliveries, we shall bear the additional shipping costs incurred as a result.
